Rocket Matter, a software as a service provider for practice management and time-and-billing, came out with new task-tracking functionality.
With the new task functionality, users can integrate tags (aka keywords) into their tasks to describe and organize them. In addition, the new tasking functionality can:
• assign tasks to other employees and track their progress;
• assign due dates to tasks, which are then viewed on the user dashboard and highlighted as due dates approach or expire;
• filter tasks to help users quickly find and organize them, which, in turn, can easily be converted to billable activities; and
• prioritize flags using drag-and-drop functionality.
